Wealthbox CRM Integration
Connect your Wealthbox CRM via secure OAuth and unlock two-way contact sync. CanyonOps pulls contacts from Wealthbox and auto-enriches household member records — names, emails, phone numbers, and custom fields. COI contacts are enriched from Wealthbox CRM fields, so your professional network stays current without manual updates.
Google Calendar Sync
Connect your Google account via OAuth, select which calendar to sync, and CanyonOps automatically imports your meetings. Calendar events appear as meeting records linked to the appropriate households. Enable or disable sync at any time — you control the connection.
Outlook Calendar Sync
For Microsoft 365 users, the Outlook Calendar integration provides the same sync capabilities as Google Calendar. OAuth-based connection, calendar selection, automatic meeting import, and household association. Your team can use whichever calendar platform they prefer — CanyonOps supports both.
Meeting Auto-Linking
When calendar events sync into CanyonOps, the system automatically attempts to match meetings to households based on attendee information. Meetings that can't be auto-linked appear in an "unlinked" queue for manual household association. Every meeting — whether auto-linked or manually associated — becomes part of the household's communication record.
Encrypted Token Storage
All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. CanyonOps never stores your passwords — authentication happens directly with the service provider via OAuth. Token refresh is handled automatically, and tokens can be revoked at any time from the integrations settings page.
Sync Status & Error Logging
Every sync operation is tracked with timestamps, record counts, and error details. See when the last sync ran, how many records were created or updated, and whether any errors occurred. If a sync fails, you get clear error messages and the ability to retry — not a silent failure that corrupts your data.
Org-Level Feature Flags
Integrations are controlled by org-level feature flags. Firm administrators can enable or disable specific integrations for their organization. Not ready for Wealthbox sync? Leave it disabled. Want to test Google Calendar with one user first? Feature flags give you that control without affecting the rest of the platform.
Jump.ai Integration

Scenario: Setting Up Wealthbox Sync and Watching Contacts Flow Into Households
Connect Wealthbox
Sarah, the operations manager, opens Settings > Integrations and clicks "Connect" next to Wealthbox CRM. A secure OAuth window opens — she logs into Wealthbox, authorizes the connection, and returns to CanyonOps. The integration shows "Connected" with a green status badge. Total setup time: under 60 seconds.
Initial Sync: Contacts Flow In
CanyonOps pulls contact data from Wealthbox and matches it against existing households. 42 client contacts are enriched with updated phone numbers, email addresses, and custom fields from the CRM. 18 COI contacts — CPAs, attorneys, insurance agents — are identified and enriched from Wealthbox relationship fields. Sarah didn't manually copy a single record.
Connect Google Calendar
Next, Sarah connects her Google Calendar. She selects the "Advisory Meetings" calendar and enables sync. CanyonOps imports the past 30 days of meetings and auto-links 94 of 127 events to the correct households based on attendee email matching. The remaining 33 unlinked meetings appear in a review queue for manual association.
