2. Description of Service

CanyonOps is a practice management and service calendar platform designed for wealth advisory firms. The Service enables advisors and their teams to:

  • Map and manage annual client service plans across planning categories and service tiers.
  • Provision, assign, and track tasks and subtasks for client households.
  • Coordinate team execution with role-based access and workflow management.
  • Manage client onboarding, professional coordination, and practice operations.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

  • Accurate information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
  • Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
  • One person per account: Each account is for a single individual. You may not share your login credentials with others.
  • Organization accounts: Organizations are managed by designated administrators who may invite members, assign roles, and manage access. Administrators are responsible for their organization's compliance with these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or connected systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our written consent.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
